I Won an Ed Hardy Giveaway!

Whoo-Hoo! Yay! A few weeks back I found out that I won a tanning lotion called Love Kills Slowly by Ed Hardy Tanning. I've had a chance to try it out a few times and am very happy with it. This lotion is an ultra dark bronzer that is time-released, is a color enhancing silk-skin blend, and it has revolutionary high levels of optimizers and tanning accelerators too. Love Kills Slowly smells really good and reminds me of a sweet mandarin orange. I plan to continue trying it out and will post a full review within the next couple of weeks so stay tuned! Luminary For Face™ L.ight E.ngaged D.efiance™ with Skin Firming Complex – Product Review

My Thoughts:  Up until recently, I had never used facial tanning lotion because I thought it was too expensive for such a little bitty bottle.  Boy was I wrong!  As soon as a tanning consultant told me about Luminary for Faces, I knew I had to try it.  At first, I didn’t see much of a difference in the way of color, but after a couple of weeks I realized I was at least 2 shades darker without severe freckling!  Don’t get me wrong, I still freckle, but not as much compared to not using any lotion at all.  I’ve been using Luminary for Faces for about 3 months now, and have noticed that my skin tone has evened out and that my skin is slightly firmer as well.  This lotion is somewhat thick in consistency but feels lightweight and silky soft when you put it on.  You only need to use a little bit because a little does go a long way with this lotion.  It’s fragrance free so as to not irritate your skin, but does actually have a very light tropical aroma that smells really good.  The bottle is a generous sized 3.6 oz compared to other facial tanning lotions.  Luminary for Faces is definitely worth the money for me!

Luminary™ 25X Black Label Private Reserve™ Magical Solar Silicone L.ight E.ngaged D.efiance™ Bronzer Tanning Lotion - Product Review

My Thoughts:  I first started using Luminary about 3 months ago.  When I initially started tanning again this last season, my complexion was ghostly white to put it nicely.  After using Luminary for a week, I didn’t notice any change but by the 2^nd and 3^rd week, I noticed I was suddenly 2-3 shades darker!  I was thrilled!  Along with Luminary, I was using a combination of a Level 3 bed “Super”, Level 4 bed “iBed”, and Level 5 beds “Open Sun” or “iDome”.  Luminary glides on like silk, makes your skin incredibly soft, and you don’t have to use much to get the job done.  I feel that the texture of my skin has improved and is visibly more firm thanks to Luminary.  The fragrance, Sweet Champagne Fizz, is not a fruity or floral scent but rather a warm sandalwood type scent and smells very nice.  The only drawback is the fragrance doesn’t remain after tanning, especially if you use a Level 6 bed like the Sun Angel by Ergoline which is a 20-minute bed.  The bottle is also adorned with a medallion that blinks blue & white stars when you pick it up!
